The Parents & Friends, or P&F, encourages family involvement and promotes St Francis Xavier Primary School’s values and objectives.
Throughout the year, the committee raises funds, hosts social events and supports students and teachers – joining is an excellent way to make new friends and be involved in your child’s school life.
The P&F has an annual fundraising target of $30,000 to contribute towards the development of school facilities and new equipment. Recent projects include the redevelopment of the lower playground and the purchase of a portable stage for performances and concerts.
The P&F consists of an executive committee, general committee members, staff representatives and the Principal. The committee is in place for a two-year term, and meets monthly during term time.
